Many clothes/bags factories meet a problem, how to cut fabric/leather with high precision and quantity. Before our automatic laser cutting machine, many factories workers had to cut fabric/leather by electri scissors. To cut as more as they can, they had to lay the materials, say 2 layers, 3 layes, 5 layers... and more time to meet production demand. They also have to make drawing on the materials to get correct size of the materials. But anyhow, it is slow and not precise and also a little dangerous for the workers since the scissors blade is very sharp.
Now Shenhui company has automatic laser cutter machine. You can operate it by two steps: 1. put the whole roll leather fabric on the machine roller; 2. set up parameters through control system. Then machine can keep cutting and cutting till whole roll fabric leather is finished.
